Mike Kriel

Chief Executive Officer

Mike has been with Launch since the opening of the first location at Launch Gaithersburg in 2014. As CEO, he responsible for all aspects of Launch Workplaces from business strategy and planning to development and execution of all operational functions of Launch. Mike graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA in 1992 and obtained his Executive Masters Business Administration (EMBA) in 2010 from the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business.

Mike has a wife, 3 sons, and 2 dogs. Outside of his busy days at work, Mike’s family has a farm in Pennsylvania where they spend a lot of their free time.

“We developed the idea of a managed business model where the building owner continues to own the business while the Launch Workplaces team brings in its expertise developing hybrid workspace centers to manage all aspects of the space for the owner.”
