We’re also launching some new businesses here. Welcome to Launch Workplaces. Well, this is a brand spanking new concept for Crocker Park. Want to explain to us what it’s all about?

Well, first of all, we are so so excited to be here, we have been welcomed with open arms, and we couldn’t have picked a better location, right? We have flexible work solutions. So what that means is we have private offices, we have a coworking space that you can use at your own leisure, that’s what makes this unique is what we’re walking through right now is a coworking space. As you can see beautiful space right here. Again, our members can utilize this space at any time during the time here. You have the offices along here in general as well.

Anytime our members have a private office, they have this space to use, again at their leisure, with 24/7 access. One cool thing that we offer with the private offices is that we have complimentary conference hours as well.

That just means that so you have a meeting, you don’t want to take your clients in your office space, you can use your conference room at any point during your time here.
