Looking for funding?  What gets investors interested? What factors are motivating them? How are their investments usually structured, and what do you need to watch out for? Come discuss how VC and angel investments work, and the pros and cons, and share any success stories or cautionary tales you may have.

The discussion will take place at Launch Workplaces, located at 9841 Washington Blvd, Suite 250, Gaithersburg, Maryland with networking from 8:00 to 8:30, and the discussion itself from 8:30 until 10:00 a.m.  A light breakfast will be served.

The Emerging Company Roundtables, part of Saul Ewing’s RAMP Initiative (Resources, Access and Mentoring Program) are designed to facilitate discussions between like-minded individuals covering a range of issues essential to early stage companies. Speakers will introduce valuable topics and generate conversations surrounding strategies to overcome business challenges and enhance the likelihood of success.
