The Innovation Process: Moving from Idea to Reality

June 13, 2019 @ 9:00 am – 10:30 am
Germantown Innovation Center

Please join us for a special seminar, “The Innovation Process – Moving from Idea to Reality.” It builds on material from the book, “The Innovators Method” that focuses on generating ideas and then testing them quickly. The seminar will take you through a process which builds from insight then clarifying the problem, to building a solution and then finally creating a business model. The idea is that to keep you on track to create a worthwhile solution, you need to keep testing your ideas and evolving.

The seminar will feature a number of examples and also provide some concepts and tools that you can use in your entrepreneurial pursuits.

The major take always:

* Quickly and cheaply test ideas early.
* Moving from idea to realization is a process that can be understood and used to improve the outcome and reduce frustration.
* Different actions and thinking are needed as one moves through the process.
