We will share some best practice approaches and tips for creating value propositions and messages that matter…as well as how to uncover your differentiators.

  1. “Are you Targeting the RIGHT Market for your products?”

So you have a really good exceptionally awesome product…but who needs it? This part of the program will show you the steps to take to figure out who your target buyers REALLY are…so you don’t waste time in the market and scarce dollars focusing on the wrong audience.

In this discussion, we will cover how to:

  • develop the profile of the prospective buyer
  • determine why this target customer is the right one
  • examine the various ways to segment your overall market
  • understand the decision-makers from the decision-influencers
  • obtain market data to support your findings

We will share a checklist to conduct a step-by-step approach to targeting YOUR market.
