Situated at 1201 Seven Locks Road in the Park Potomac community, Launch Rockville is a great fit for professionals who want to skip the downtown commute. It's our most environmentally sustainable location and the most bicycle-friendly, with free on-site parking and quick access off I-270 Exit 4A (Montrose). Conference rooms seat up to 25 and coworking memberships start at $200/month. Bus route 47 stops directly in front of the building, and the Rockville Metro (Red Line) is about 20 minutes away.

What is the parking situation?
At our Bethesda location, there is metered parking on the street and a parking lot across the street on Stanford St with daily/monthly fees.
The parking garage to the right of our Gaithersburg location has an abundance of free parking. There are other complimentary parking spaces in our front parking lot and street side, but they are limited. The parking lot to the left of our building (Yard House) is 2-hr parking with towing enforced.

Are the Maryland locations metro accessible?
Our Bethesda location is a 10 minute walk from the Bethesda Metro Station of the Red Line.
The closest metro rail station to our Gaithersburg location is Shady Grove (Red Line), which is about 10 minutes away.
The closest metro rail station to our Rockville location is Rockville (Red Line), which is roughly 20 minutes away. Bus route 47 has a stop directly in front of our office.

We offer furnished private office, conference rooms, coworking, mail & address, reception services, and notary services.
What is the capacity of your conference rooms?
Our Bethesda location has two conference rooms with the capacity of 8-10 people comfortably. The layout cannot be reconfigured.
Our Gaithersburg location has three conference rooms. Our Media Room seats up to 50 people and can be set up classroom style, boardroom style, or with no tables and chairs depending on the need. The Large Conference Room seats up to 12 people. The Small conference room seats up to 8 people. All Gaithersburg conference rooms are fully equipped with a phone for outbound call/conferencing, white board, and TVs.
Our Rockville location has two conference rooms with the capacity of 8-10 (small) or up to 25 (large).
