Director of Member Success
Bria Gilbert
Bria began serving as the Director of Member Success at the Bethesda location in March of 2021. She enjoys learning about the multitude of small businesses and entrepreneurs and looks forward to watching them grow and succeed in their businesses! Bria was born in Silver Spring, MD and currently resides in Prince George’s county. She graduated from Bowie State University as a Theater Arts major and has worked with professional theaters and acting companies based in the DMV area. During her free time, Bria enjoys attending dance classes and shows, as well as participating and performing in local church events. She is also a dog mom of two.
Community Administrator
Rani Sumarijanto
Rani has been the Community Administrator of the Bethesda location since January of 2021. She enjoys assisting community members to maintain a pleasant and productive work environment. Rani is native to Indonesia, having relocated to Montgomery County in 2013. She attended Emerson Preparatory School in Washington, D.C., and received her Associate’s Degree in the Arts from Montgomery College. She currently resides in Takoma Park, MD with her boyfriend, as well as their cat and snake. During her spare time, she enjoys going to music festivals and shows, creating art, and cooking.
Marketing Associate
Zeinna Mara Estrada
Zeinna started off as a Community Administrator in 2018 and is now Launch’s Marketing Associate as of January 2021. Zeinna enjoys graphic design and social media, and looks forward to being able to contribute to Launch's success by using her creative mind. Zeinna is a tattoo enthusiast and a cat mom of 2. Outside of work, Zeinna is an artist, musician, and avid music festival attendee.
