What is Launch Workplaces?
We offer flexible coworking and private office space for entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses, along with other services such as mailing addresses, meeting room space, and reception services.
What is coworking?
Coworking is a shared workspace with first come, first serve desks and is the most flexible workspace solution we offer. Drop in whenever you need to work without the commitment of a private office. We offer $20 daily passes, $200 9-5 monthly memberships, $275 24/7 monthly memberships, and $412 dedicated coworking desks (includes 24/7 access and the ability to leave your belongings). What is the price range for an office?
Office pricing depends on square footage, interior vs. exterior, number of windows, location, and term length. Pricing is subject to change. Find a location and book a tour with a Director to find the right office for you.
Do you offer daily offices?
We offer daily offices (virtual offices) for rent by the hour or per day (at a discounted rate for members!).
How long are your contract terms? Do you offer short-term leases?
For offices, we prefer 12 month contracts, however we offer short term at a 10% increase of the market rate. We are currently offering more flexible rates during COVID. For coworking and mail & address services, contracts are month-to-month.
What are your business hours?
Launch staff are on site Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, while Launch is always accessible to members with 24/7 access.
Can you use Launch on weekends?
There are no Launch staff members on site on the weekends, however, weekend reservations can be arranged. Please speak to a Director if you would like to use the space during a weekend.
What are your conference room rates?
Pricing varies throughout locations ranging from $30/hr to $50/hr. Conference rooms can be rented by the hour or per day. Private office members have *unlimited conference room usage while all other members may rent at a discounted rate. Please contact a Director for more specific details about each location.
What are the conference room capacities?
Each location differs in conference room capacities. They can hold anywhere from 4 to 50 people. Please contact a Director for more specific details about each location.
What does “all-inclusive” mean?*
All-inclusive means that Launch Workplaces never surprises you with hidden costs or fees. Our pricing is transparent and includes all the good stuff, like wi-fi, printing, scanning, refreshments, and conference room hours.
