Director of Member Success

Sharonda Gilbert

Sharonda joined Launch Workplaces in 2021 as the Director of Member Success at Crocker Park in Westlake, OH. With a background in hospitality, she looks forward to insuring that each member feels welcome and inspired to take full advantage of making their space their own! Sharonda grew up in a military family and because of this, she loves to travel and spend most of her time (weather permitting) outdoors staying active. In her free time when she is not chasing her little one, she enjoys live music, entertaining friends, and spending time with her family.
