Director of Member Success
Colby Wright
Colby joined the Launch team day one back in 2014. Since that time, she has overseen the growth at new locations. As Director of Member Success, her main goal is to create a friendly workspace that allows entrepreneurs to connect with likeminded people, be creative, and grow their businesses. Colby was born and raised in Maryland. She attended Wootton High School and Frostburg State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, coaching varsity field hockey at Bethesda – Chevy Chase High School, spending time with family and friends, and going to her family lake house at Lake Anna.
