This week Charlie interviews John Kolm author of Crocodile Charlie and the Holy Grail before his book release event at Launch Workplaces on Wednesday evening. This book describes a CEO of a business that has experienced positive growth in the past, but hit a plateau and is not winning newer, larger accounts. It’s not until a newly hired employee tells Charles that behind his back, everyone in the office calls him Crocodile Charlie for giving what was being received as fake smiles and platitudes to employees, which causes Charles to go on a quest to change his ways and gain his spirit back.
