On Friday, December 2nd Launch Workplaces happily sponsored a book signing workshop with featured business author Ed Wallace of Building Business Relationships That Last and other Amazon ranked books.
We learned that you have to have credibility, integrity, and authenticity to build relationships with people. And little things matter that help makes yourself stand out from others. Like the Philadelphia taxi driver Max that had a small bottle of water for each passenger, he picked up. But most importantly, you have to find out what peoples’ goals, passions, and struggles are to connect with them in a meaningful way.

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Ed Davis for 10 years. One of the things that has really stuck with me and really helped me in my career is understanding the interrelationship between quality authenticity and integrity, every business relationship, an opportunity to build capital, that every interaction you have you can be distinct for all of us at different times, given the emotions, marketplace, the challenges we all face and sales. Have a day when we don’t have one of those clicking for us. What Ed’s process does is it gives me sort of a safety net to remind me of where I need to be in order to make a real and genuine connection with another human being.
I’m a successful strategist with cold coaching. And I’m here because business relationships is really at the heart of everything we do, but we don’t exactly know how to get it right. And so many of us are kind of frustrated because we feel like we’re not doing it properly. And that’s what I really enjoyed about it. Kind of talks to you about a process. How do you start the process? How do you move through the process? And best of all, he kind of reminds us to be really authentic authenticity where we were more authentic.
I really enjoyed this workshop that we had some of these random experiences got me thinking about how I have my processes. And so I really just appreciate being here. You have the opportunity to come to see and speak, read his books, or attend Ed Davis training seminars. It’ll be time well invested.”
