On Friday, May 5 Launch hosted a Lunch and Learn event in Gaithersburg featuring the Myers Briggs personality test professionally moderated by Graham Staffing. We had a full room attendees from Launch Workplaces and some non-members. Not only was this event valuable for members to meet each other, but it was good for the companies to have their employees learn personality types and make our community more cohesive.
Once lunch was eaten, there was an overview of what M-B is about. Then everyone took a 15 minute quiz to determine their type. Finally, we broke into groups of two where people had to guess what their partner was to practice identifying others and how they should be approached. The audience was engaged and enjoyed learning these important personality identifiers.
The event had a value of $850 from the moderator, but it was free to those in attendance. Where else can you get that kind of service? Furthermore, Graham Staffing is offering Launch members 4 hours free of a temp when 8 hours are booked.
