Latoya Stewart is a Board Certified Supervisor and Clinical Social Worker, specializing in mindfulness-based practices. She founded This Goes Out To You to support women of color work towards being their highest self through mindfulness strategies and therapeutic modalities.
This Goes Out To You LLC is a Holistic Mental and Emotional Health Private Practice. They offer a wide range of clinically-based supports and services to adults over the age of 17 years of age. Our services are grounded in Mindfulness-Based Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Strength-Based Practices.
They take pride in actively listening, teaching, supporting, and guiding our clients on their individual wellness journeys through psychotherapy, community outreach, and wellness product distribution.

What’s your morning routine and why do you start your day that way?
Preparing myself for my day by reviewing daily to-do’s and listening to positive affirmations.

Taking a mindfulness shower and winding down through meditation and stretching.
What’s your favorite quick hack to improve focus?
Practicing hand-over-heart self-soothing strategies or rolling my shoulders back to release tension.
What’s one dish that everyone should try?

What’s one thing you do for your health every day?
Take vitamin supplements.

Active listening, ice breakers, and having an agenda.

Going for a walk or choosing a way to care for myself from my natural joy list.
