Launch Workplaces is excited to be expanding and we are looking for people who want to join the ever-growing coworking industry! We currently have 9 locations and look forward to our grandiose plans for the upcoming years. As we continue to grow, we need the right people who share our passion for service, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. We are accepting applications for Director of Member Success positions as we get ready to open more locations this year.
The Director of Member Success is responsible for creating an inviting, friendly, collaborative community that attract, retains, and inspires entrepreneurs and small businesses. They are the manager of the space and the main contact point for selling workspace solutions. Directors are a key role at Launch because they represent the face of their facility and are responsible for keeping our members satisfied.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Learn and understand the businesses of our Members
- Conduct informational and engaging tours of the space to interested prospects
- Sell Launch Workplaces services (private offices, coworking, meeting rooms, etc.) to meet sales goals and negotiate when necessary to work out a solution that works for their business
- Update floor plan and keep track of Members
- Follow up with interested leads and prospects via email and/or phone call
- Use CRM (ActiveCampaign) to keep track of all leads and sales
- Greet and assist Members and guests
- Arrange conference room reservations
- Answer the phone and transfer calls when necessary
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Work collaboratively with other Directors, CEO, COO, and Marketing team to achieve results
- Plan community events for your Members
- Use Member and guest feedback to improve the Launch experience
- Maintain a clean and organized office space for your Members
- Report to CEO and property management about progress of sales
- Create yearly budgets and oversee cashflow
- Stay on top of Member billing (invoices) and company spending
- Attend and contribute to regular staff meetings and events

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service, sales, and/or hospitality experience
- High school diploma
- Computer proficiency
- Phone etiquette
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Ability to learn new software and technology (Essensys, Yardi Kube, ActiveCampaign)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to relocate to other Launch locations when necessary
- Ability to lift items 25 pounds or less
- Must adhere to location specific COVID-19 mandates
Dress Code: Business casual/professional, casual Fridays
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Hours: Full-time; hours generally between 8:30am – 5:30pm. Leave some nights open for the occasional team happy hour!
Location: On-site; intermittent local travel for meetings and events
