In this hands-on session, we’ll walk through some simple steps to develop a financial plan for the future, and how to keep it useful as time goes on. We’ll cover concepts like cash flow, budgeting and financial projections using clear, realistic examples that relate to your business.We will use worksheets to capture summary data from your financial systems so bring your laptop.
This session is perfect for a business owner who’s been running their business for a couple of years, has maybe felt the effects of not planning ahead for cash flow, and is ready to learn and apply some planning techniques.

Meet Your Speaker:
This seminar will be presented by Andrea Dunathan, CEO of Dunathan Consulting. Andrea helps small business owners set up straightforward, efficient systems so they have more time for the work that matters. After graduating with honors from Harvard University, she worked in a variety of industries, from biomedical research to global supply chain management, obtaining hands-on experience in strategic planning, facilitation, budgeting and financial management, performance metrics, and software design and implementation. Since she founded Dunathan Consulting in 2004, she has worked with a wide variety of clients – from global corporations to tiny non-profits – to improve internal operations and enable staff to do their best work. Her business now serves small business owners with 0-20 employees who want to focus on their core business with confidence. She is a graduate of the Wheaton Business Innovation Center and a member of the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce, the Mid-Atlantic Facilitators’ Network and Women Business Owners of Montgomery County.
