The Watergate complex was designed to be an urban oasis—”a city within a city”—where Washingtonians could live, work, and relax within the same city block. Watergate has spectacular views of the Potomac River and Washington skyline to complement its infamous history.

Launch Watergate consists of 48 fully furnished offices, six conference rooms, and 88 individual coworking stations throughout two floors and 26,113 square feet.
